It's a Friday night edition of Adam Up..... I have been reluctant to write and send out this newsletter to be honest, what with everything going on in the world currently. However, I wanted to be able to offer some support, resource and valuable information and skills. Therefore, I have dedicated the first main section of this edition of Adam Up to showing how to advance immune functioning using hypnosis,
how to give your immune system a boost in the face of coronavirus, and how to alleviate some of the symptoms should you be unfortunate enough to contract it.

Advancing Immune Functioning and Giving Your Immune System a Boost...

With the official announcement by the WHO stating that the covid-19 coronavirus is now considered a pandemic, I thought I’d offer up a lecture about what us hypnotherapists can credibly do to help. That is, over and beyond the
practical official guidelines and offering stress/anxiety related support, I thought I'd share some detailed information about a direct way we (hypnotherapists and self-hypnotists) can help the cause by helping spread quality information and teaching or applying the use of hypnosis to advance immune functioning.
There are some wonderful iniatives that some hypnotherapists are engaged in currently and I wanted to help support that.

In this first video I explain and illustrate how so many people, ranging from the President of the US, to a number of hypnotherapists do themselves no favours by making so many “I am” statements and telling the world the kind of person they are instead of actually being that way.

Seeking to be kinder has been incredibly topical here in recent weeks. With this article however I wanted to write about how to stop taking other people’s cr@p. In my professional field, I am staggered by the amount of politics, insults and derisory comments made to other professionals and a culture that I see in many online groups has made me want to write about how we can all take a stand and not take it

I encounter a lot of overwhelm – with my therapeutic clients who take too much on in life, with some of my students who leave all their coursework to the last minute, with those who I mentor whose list of goals is overwhelming to read, let alone act upon, so today I wanted to offer up some simple ways to deal with overwhelm in any aspect of your life.
