It was my Birthday yesterday and so the last few days have involved time at the beach and days out with my family while we've been blessed with glorious weather here on the south coast. I posted a couple of pictures on social media (one with an inflatable flamingo on my head in a swimming pool, and another with a full face mask snorkel on, for example) to show what I've been up to. I have still
been in the office for the most part though, and so have plenty to share with you today.

I know it seems like a crazy thing to do when it is here in writing, yet so many of us fall foul of this. Secondly, I'm also

I mentioned in recent weeks a project that I am involved in.
