This week’s discussion with guest Richard Hill discusses his work using a process of ‘Mirroring Hands’ as learned during his apprenticeship with Ernest Rossi, who in turn had worked closely with Milton Erickson.

I talk about self-efficacy a great deal in my classrooms, and it gets mentioned often in my research and today I wanted to write an article explaining what it is and how to apply it in one’s day-to-day life.
