- Hello and welcome to this week's edition of Adam Up

I am on a real high writing this today, for a couple of reasons, firstly it is that my son had his first day at big school today and he relished it and I felt so proud. I’ll be writing about it soon as I have learned much about myself through my children recently.

Secondly, I am on a high because we had a wonderful hypnotherapist peer support group here last night. It was a celebration of so much that I love about the hypnotherapy and really showcased the sense of community that we have developed here. DO go and have a read of this:
