Onto today.... One of the most common things I hear people say is that they'd like to feel more confident.
What's interesting is that when psychologists study self-esteem, confidence often isn't where the story begins.
The research increasingly points towards something else: self-compassion, self-acceptance and learning to trust ourselves.
As with the articles
I've been writing in previous weeks, it got me thinking about how self-hypnosis can be used practically in day-to-day life to cultivate those qualities.
So this week I've written a new article and recorded a series of short videos exploring evidence-based ways to use self-hypnosis and active alert self-hypnosis to strengthen self-esteem and develop a healthier relationship with yourself.
Some of the techniques take less than a minute to do, but can have
surprisingly powerful effects when practised consistently.
I've shared everything below.
All these videos and articles are free and full of resources that I hope you benefit from. Though I am launching something completely new further down in this edition!!
(Given the theme today, you may also be interested in my set of hypnosis audios - Supreme Self-Esteem - which contains loads and loads of hypnosis audio tracks and guidance for advancing and improving self-esteem, and I'm offering at a very low fee indeed.)

Wherever you are in the world, I hope you are healthy and happy and that your mental health and well-being benefits from that which is being offered here today.
