I don't know about you, but I seem to encounter more and more people who are stressed these days.
Perhaps that's because people are more willing to talk about it. Perhaps modern life genuinely asks more of us than ever before. Most likely, it's a bit of both.
What's interesting to me as a therapist is that while we often spend a lot of time trying to change the things causing our stress, we
spend far less time learning how to change our response to it.
That's one of the reasons I've spent a lot of time recently writing and recording material about self-hypnosis and stress relief.
In this week's article and accompanying videos, I share several evidence-based techniques that can be used in everyday life to help calm the mind, regulate attention, and reduce the impact stress has upon us.
Many of them take less than a minute to do and can
be used whilst walking, working, waiting in queues or simply getting on with your day.
I've included the links below and I hope you find them useful.
All these videos and articles are free and full of resources that I hope you benefit from.
(At the end today, I have also added a plug for my new set of hypnosis audios - Melt
Stress - which contains loads and loads of hypnosis audio tracks and guidance for relieving stress, and I'm offering at a very low fee indeed.)

Wherever you are in the world, I hope you are healthy and happy and that your mental health and well-being benefits from that which is being offered here today.
